Onboarding

Helping you transition to the new Digital Processing Services

DPS onboarding is the transition of existing customers from our heritage platforms and services to the new Digital Processing Services (DPS). It includes registering organisations and user specific information onto the new platform to ensure you can access the correct services and data. It doesn't include contracting, conducting testing or user training; these are being managed separately.

Onboarding guide

To support you with the onboarding process, Velonetic has published an onboarding guide. It covers the timeline of events, what the onboarding process entails, what you need to complete, and further information around the support available. While written with our live platforms in mind, the guide is also an important resource to help you onboard onto our test environments, if you have registered for one of our testing programmes.

DPSA (Digital Processing Services Agreement)

The new DPSA was released to the market in February 2024. To allow an effective onboarding process, we encourage all organisations to return signed contact materials as quickly as possible, and no later than the end of July 2024. Your organisation should have a single point of contact (SPOC) who receives updates related to the DPSA and has access to our knowledge repository.

If your organisation does not have a DPSA point of contact, or if you have any questions, please get in touch via [email protected].

Get adoption ready

Blueprint Two will be delivered in two phases. The target launch date for phase one is October 2024, and all firms must adopt the new digital services.
