Created in collaboration with market firms and associations, the prospectus was published to invite market participants to work with us to evolve the Future at Lloyd’s. We envisioned a new Lloyd’s that would be nimbler and faster, offering our market outstanding products, services and insight, supported by technology, innovation and flexible, responsive capital. The prospectus was the first step towards turning our ambition into a reality.
Blueprint OneSeptember 2019
Blueprint One followed our prospectus, where we set out four key goals: offering better solutions to the risks faced by our market; delivering better products and services to our market and capital providers; simplifying the way we work by being more efficient and reducing costs; and building an inclusive culture where everyone feels valued.

Blueprint Two detailed the tangible digital solutions that we would deliver for the Lloyd’s and London market. This document helps market participants and stakeholders understand what and how we will deliver and digitalise the market.

A digital touch screen experience outlining the full journey for placing risk and making claims for brokers and underwriters. The journeys highlight the changes being delivered, the benefits they bring, and how the new technology supports people and processes.
