The adoption guide is aimed specifically at operations, technology and change managers in market firms, setting out the activities that should be undertaken now to adopt phase one digital services at cutover.
This second version of the guide, published in October 2023, improves the guide’s usability and adds valuable information. Activities are consolidated into an example adoption timeline, making it easier to follow the actions required. Timelines have not yet been updated following the 28 March announcement of a change to the date of phase one cutover.
Sections are tailored by broker and carrier pathways covering open market and delegated authority (DA) messaging with Velonetic. Brokers and carriers can easily focus on processes, adoption activities and messaging specifications relevant to their firm. There is additional information about portals and applications, and more detailed content on programme management, testing, reporting, messaging and connecting to the market gateway (ASG Adept).
The adoption guide follows the updates provided on the deployment approach at the Blueprint Two working session on 19 June 2023.
