The phase one adoption guide is aimed specifically at those leading the implementation of phase one digital services, including operations, technology and change managers in market firms, setting out the activities that should be undertaken now to adopt phase one digital services.
This third version of the guide, published in June 2024, complements the market adoption readiness survey and includes new/updated content around functionality and more in-depth information around the mandatory and optional activities required to successfully adopt phase one.
There are now two separate versions of the guide. Brokers and carriers can easily focus on processes, adoption activities and messaging specifications and portal requirements relevant to their firm. There is additional detailed content on project management, reporting, messaging, digital services, Proportional Treaty, Delegated Authority, LORS and connecting to the market gateway (ASG Adept).
