Velonetic is the new identity for the London Market Joint Ventures. Representing velocity and kinetic, we bring speed and energy to lead, shape and build the digital future of the global insurance market. Our services are data-focused, agile, and secure. We make insurance easier and help our customers to soar.

2.    Why is the new identity important?
Velonetic is a global brand. It brings clarity and visibility to the ownership of responsibilities for the services we deliver to the insurance market.
Velonetic is our unified single identity for our people and for the insurance marketplace. It replaces references in our communications to legacy organisations, such as the London Market Joint Ventures, XCS, XIS, Xchanging, and the Bureau.

5.    Will customer-facing applications be re-branded?
Yes. Velonetic will be applied to applications in due course as we roll out the new brand name.

6.    Are you a market participant interested in our work on digital transformation?
We are gathering questions using a standardised form, so pleasesubmit a question and we will respond and add it to our Frequently Asked Questions.
