Looking to kick-start your career?
Our Early Careers programmes are designed for those who are excited about the London insurance market and are eager to build a career in the industry. There has never been a more exciting time to join us. As the insurance market evolves at an unprecedented pace, we’re proud to be at the forefront – leading the digital transformation of the London insurance market.
Graduates
Our 2-year programme will set you up for a successful career through rotations in your chosen area of the business, plus a 3-month secondment to a different part of our business in your 2nd year. You’ll receive support to complete relevant professional qualifications and be assigned a senior level sponsor to guide your development. Our roles vary from year to year, and to apply, you’ll need to have (or be on track to achieve) a 2:1 degree.
Apprenticeships
Want to continue to learn but also start to earn? Our apprenticeship programme could be right for you! You’ll be able to gain valuable experience whilst completing a structured learning programme and have a professional qualification at the end. We recruit for a range of roles and entry requirements vary – please check the details of the role once we open for applications.
Grow, Connect, Belong
On both our programmes, you’ll join as a permanent employee from day 1 and benefit from a structured learning and development programme, starting with a comprehensive induction. You’ll join our supportive Early Careers community and be assigned a buddy to help you make connections and settle into life at Velonetic. As a virtual first organisation, flexible working is a given – enabling you to balance work and home life while still having regular time in the office to learn, connect, and grow.
